Grease Seal or oil seal for Travel Trailer

I have had problems with grease contaminating the brake shoes. I would like to have a thread about the wheel bearing seals. What is the best bang for your buck? Is one manufacture any better than the rest? Do you just change them every year as recommended by the axle manufactures. They recommend yearly inspections and I don’t see how you can do that with out replacing the seals.

TRP GS-225ODL seals were OEM on my trailer. ( 2.25 id and 3.376 od ) Cross Reference part numbers are 010-036-00 and 10-36. These seals are called Grease Seals and seem to range from 5 to 15 dollars each.

National (Timken) has a seal part number 412920 which is the same size but they call it an oil seal. Price range of more like 20 to 40 dollars. Is it OK to run an oil seal with grease?
Is it worth spending the extra money?

Please, what is your take on Wheel Bearing Seals?
