Advantages of small grinding oil

(1) The small grinding oil is produced by a water substitution method. This method mainly uses the difference in affinity of the non-oil components in the oil to the oil and water, and uses the specific gravity of the oil and water to separate the fat from other substances. Heavy metal compounds that are unfavorable to human health are precipitated into the sauce residue due to the large specific gravity, thereby avoiding the harm of heavy metals to the human body.

(2) Machine squeezed oil is only forced to squeeze out the oil by physical squeezing method, so the heavy metal compounds in sesame are mixed into the oil, forming potential hidden dangers.

(3) Due to the incomplete extraction of oil in some machine presses (residual oil still contains about 10%), the manufacturer uses the chemical solvent leaching method to extract the residual oil, and the chemical solvent is not cleaned, resulting in the residual chemical solvent. It is harmful to human health after consumption, and the sesame oil in the national standard does not allow the detection of solvent residues.
