Excess water will damage the unit and will not be covered by warranty in case any watermark indicator turns red inside the scooter.
ONE-YEAR warranty covers the battery, motor, frame, and controller. Crash and drop damage are not covered. For warranty claims, the buyer pays return postage, or we send parts for free and provide video instructions for part replacement.
