FeCrAl Alloys

fecral alloy is one kind of resistance heating alloy which used in a wide range of resistance and high temperature applications. It is mainly comsisted by iron, chromium and aluminium. Meanwhile its’ resistivity grow as the increase of the composition of Cr and Al content!

Features

  • Superior anti-oxidization
  • Anti-sulfur
  • Anti-cementite
  • Small specific gravity
  • High surface load
  • High resistivity
  • High operationg temperature up to 1400°C
  • Long life-span
  • Low price

Applications

  • Home applicances, like dryer, toasters
  • Industrial heaters, kilns and diffusion heaters (used in the making of crystalline silicon)
  • Heating coils in electronic cigarettes
