About VICTORY wall panel Machine for making wall panels:

1.

Technology principle: vibration extrusion molding, the machine equipped with screw auger and vibrating device to ensure the good molding result.

2.

Raw material: Cement + lightweight aggregate (fly ash,slag,perlite, ceramsite ,building wastes and so on multi-choice ) or use commonconcrete.

3.

For ensure the strength of wall panels , the machine can allow to reinforcing at most two-layers 12 steel wires. And the diameters of steel can reach 6mm.

4.

For production area, we will provide you foundation drawings after the equipment ready for running.

5.

Production capacity: Annual output 110,000SQM one standard production line.

6.

Technical High lights:
