Use tire sidewall cutting machine to cut tyre bead. Then use steel wire remover to get steel wire out. The tyre with a few steel wires can be shredded into tire blocks with 60*60. After this process, there are two ways to shred tires. One is cutting tyre into particles. The other one makes tire into powder.
