Nut internal thread cutting up to 250 mm (10”) diameter
Lead, archimedean, reverse traverse, trapezoidal and a variety of screw and nut types
Milling: range of milling machines gives capability of 915 mm (36”) maximum height by 915 mm (36”) maximum width at a length of up to 7.6 m (25’)
Turning: range of turning machines gives capability to turn 800 mm (31.5”) maximum diameter to 7.5 m (24.5’) length
Drilling: maximum length of 5 m (16.5’) and 56 mm (2.25”) maximum diameter
Ending, Profiling, Slotting: as required to finish parts for client application
Grinding: maximum diameter of 300 mm (12”) and 150 mm (6”) maximum diameter between 3.2 m (10.5’) centers
Coordinate Measurement Machine (CMM) Inspection: in house CMM allows for quick and easy inspection of parts requiring advanced quality inspection as well as feedback to maintain the integrity of all manufacturing processes
Gear Design and Manufacture Consultancy: In house partner relationships allow for design support of clients in gear and tool design, performance analysis, inspection as well as more classical part CNC programming
