This is a cheap plastic dispenser that I would rate a level or two above the cheap store-bought dispensers. It has a sleeker design and looks pretty, but there are no instructions for how to use the remote. So far, I have only been able to use the remote to turn on and off the unit, which is useless for what I wanted it for, but good for a high location that I only need sprayed periodically. I will probably not return it, since it is more work to return it than to just keep it in place, since it has already been installed. I just wish it had instructions for how to program it with the remote. (The inside does not have any buttons to program.) The remote is just a guessing game of buttons with words "minutes", "hours", "test", "spray", and "on" and "off". No clue as to whether there is only a choice of "1hr" or "3hr" or if you can use the hours with the minutes or without and if it goes on repeatedly throughout the days and weeks. I chose "3hr" but the smell was constant and the other dispensers that I only have spray once an hour give a much less strong scent than this one that I thought I set for every 3 hrs, with "1" spray.
