There are times in construction when you won't be able to get the job done without specialized tools or operators. Whether it's because of time, space or expertise, sometimes you just need to call in the experts. Centrifugal blowers is one of those times - sometimes you need to drill into thick reinforced concrete and standard tools just aren't up to the task.

BSP TOOLS is the leading expert in diamond drilling. Here are some examples of tricky situations that only a professional diamond driller can accomplish.

Southeast Asia type assembly diamond core bit

You need a very smooth and accurate hole

The beauty of diamond drilling is that clean and accurate cuts can be achieved through a wide variety of materials. Whether you need a hole for a pipe, a duct, or any other reason, a professional diamond drill is capable of making a smooth and accurate hole.

Diamond drilling can be done between 12 mm and 550 mm using electric or hydraulic power drills. We can cut reinforced concrete, brickwork, stone, etc.

Dust and debris must be kept to a minimum

Some buildings have to keep dust and debris to a minimum, such as historic, ornate buildings, so you need a practical solution for this. With our core drilling technology, our cuts produce no dust. We can also control the amount of debris and waste by using an additional water supply. This is not possible with a standard coring drill and can lead to messy, dusty work.

When you need to drill large holes

At BSP TOOLS, we can drill holes up to 550 mm, which far exceeds the standard coring drill bit size of 152 mm (162 mm in some cases). If you are working on a large infrastructure project or need a larger than standard size hole, then you need to turn to a professional diamond drill.

Diamond drilling professionals will also be able to drill deeper holes, not just wider ones.

Vibration and damage must be controlled

When working in areas where vibration must be kept to a minimum, you must hire a professional diamond drill. This may include old buildings, or buildings such as laboratories, where highly sensitive equipment is set up. What's more, our equipment can even be used in tight spaces.

By using specialized tools, you can avoid disturbing the room or building and still get the results you need.

Use professionals to do professional work

When you need to cut the most precise and accurate holes in materials that ordinary drills can't handle, you need diamond drills. We can cut virtually anything and produce a 12 mm to 550 mm hole free of dust and debris. We can work quickly and efficiently in a variety of environments.
