the 2010 Worlds Inline Freeskating Championships is available now. Honestly speaking the men's result is not cheerful at all as there were only 4 skaters competed (Anup Yama and Gustavo Casado didn't attend the competition) and none of them had had eye-catching performance.
Even though, the 13-year-old boy Tsao Chih-I (Taiwan) surprisingly beat up the rest elder competitors and won his first world gold medal at his first worlds match.
On the other hand, ladies competition remained tough as usual. Silvia Marangoni and Natalie Motley successfully defended their titles winning gold and silver medals. Kristen Slade told the spectators that she couldn't be ignored and won the bronze after one year break.

It's so discouraging that this is the
the least entries (men and ladies) since 2004.
Many countries have no entry either in men's or in
women's event. We also noticed that some countries used to have
athlete(s)
competing at Worlds in the past few years but not this time - France,
Switzerland, New Zealand, and Iran.

Congratulations to all Snow White® skaters for their awesome performance in the 2009 Worlds Inline Freeskating Championships!
Mens -
Gustavo Casado (Brazil) took his
the gold medal back which he lost it last year. His faultless skating
put him on top of all his competitors in both short and long programs.
Well done Gustavo!
Eric Traonouezs
(France) unfortunately failed to defend his title this year. But he
still managed to completed a perfect long program which lifted him up
from the 4th of short program and ended up with Silver medal. Good
job Eric!
Ladies -
Hsin Chia-Ling
(Taiwan) facing a tough competition from Courtney Donovan
(USA), she successfully defeated Courtney by clear jumps and spins in
her long program and won the Bronze - same position as of 2008 worlds.
Vivian Moreira
(Brazil) finished 6th, better than it as of last year. Since
Brazil will be the country hosts the 2011 worlds and Vivian's aim to go
to the podium in front of her country fellows, we expect to see her
continuous progress in the coming future.

Athletes name list of the 2009 Worlds Inline Freeskating Championships in Freiburg, German! The athletes' names in boldface will use Snow White® frames for competition.
It's a pity that '09 worlds is the one with the least entries (men and ladies) since 2004. Some countries surprisingly hasn't completed the entry for their skaters until the last minute!
With no doubt that we hope to see this sport growing up firmly and steadily, but it is a clear warning signal shown by the poor entries of inline at the worlds competition, that the promotion and the support from national skating federations all over the world is still not enough.
