My book Ellie and Jack: Third Grade Ghost Hunters was printed very well by Printing Center USA. The problems was there was a lack of communication where days and weeks would go by without receiving an email back from them. Plus, the digital book they created for me is not working and I am not receiving any responses back. I will change this review if they fix the problem, but this is going on a month now and maybe since I already paid them $1,000 I am no longer a priority?

My first soft bound book cane out beautifully. The colors and photos really pop and were perfect. I just wish UPS would stop dropping or banging my shipments from you (calendars too) because they dented beyond repair about 10 books. I’m sure shipping would cost more if they were in a padded larger box tho.

Excellent printing quality. Nice, and also very fast, customer service. My only advice using this printing method for a book: 1. Double check to make sure you get your physical proof copy. For some reason, I didn't get one. That's okay considering this was a 'proof' printing, but I would have made some changes. 2. This is not a complaint, only caution for self-publishers: The dimensions offered were not exactly as I needed. I'm not sure why they don't allow a narrower size. The printed book ends up having the dimensions of a church hymnal, as I can't input a narrower width. In the past year or so, it seemed this company did offer a custom size for width. So just double check all your parameters first. 3. I actually really love the finished product and think I can work with this company to get more of the effect I'm after. Best feature is 'Printed in USA.' Many thanks!

I wrote the book for myself, family members, and a couple close friends, to capture the major events from my early childhood all the way through my eighty-plus years of life. I had ten copies of the book printed. This is the second book I've had printed at PrintingCenterUSA, and is actually a second printing of the first book, but with a few additions, and photos added. The color photos definitely made the book more interesting. Service was fast.

I was a little worried about the great price and the booklet format, but I was pleasantly surprised as it turned out really nice. I really liked the online app that helped me layout the book. Most other sites gave minimal configuration and I really like how I was able to fill the whole page without having any sort of background color.

This was my first order with Printing Center and I did it because the printer I usually use messed up an order and could not get one to me in less than about a month which would not help me with the holiday season. I was very satisfied with the customer service (a big plus over my other printer (a very large one) and the product arrived packed well and in a timely fashion. I realize prices are going up everywhere, but if Printing Center is competitive for what you are looking for, definitely give them a try.

Poor customer service. I’ve ordered twice and was disappointed with both books. First book had print on the inside cover. The second book did not follow my instructions. The proofs appeared to be what I wanted but once the book arrived it did not look the same. A coupon for $25 off my next order was sent but I’ve already had two orders messed up so no thank you. No return call from manager Nicole after I left a message from her initial message.
