Dive into anything

So, here's the deal. I rent a home with an unfenced yard. I have dogs, and so do the neighbors. Usually, neighbor-dogs can be found in OUR yard, and I've reached my limit of picking up 5x the amount of dog shit than usual.

Property owners don't mind a fence being put in, as long as they don't have to pay a cent towards it. So, I'm looking for some removable fencing ideas. As we rent in an HOA, there are some restrictions on what we can put in. No more than 5ft high, and must be "visually appealing." Of course, helpful examples of what fits that category weren't available. Does anyone have some thoughts on what kind of fencing we could do? Personally, I'm a fan of this kind of fencing, AND it's used throughout the neighborhood so I'm confident it would fit the HOA standards- but I'm not sure how one could make that temporary. Are there some other temp fencing options that I could consider? Thanks so much!

edit In Northern WA state, so frequent rain and sandy soil is a factor!
