Teubert produces three different series of horizontal movement machines for EPS and EPP shape molding. All three series use the same control software and hardware. All three series are available in EPS, EPP, Lost Foam and combo configurations.

Many Teubert machines are now available in “table style” as opposed to “integrated steam chest style”.  The integrated steam chest has been a common design with machine builders for many years.  This design utilizes the machine framework to form the steam chest for use with “plate type” molds.  This is an efficient machine design but it is generally limited to accepting one size of plate type molds.  The “table style” machine has steel platens with a clamping system to accept a range of different steam chest sizes or monobloc molds.  This is a more versatile machine design and allows for the use of highly efficient monobloc tooling as well as common plate type molds.
