Jefferson City's 7 Brew location settled into place last week, quickly setting itself up to launch in around a month.
The pre-built structure was dropped into place at the new location in front of Schnucks on Wednesday afternoon following the presentation of a $2,000 donation to the Fire Museum of Jefferson City. Location owner Brandon Sebald said interaction with the communities that 7 Brew serves was among the company's highest priorities.
"The mission of 7 Brew is to cultivate kindness and joy with every drink through service, speed, quality, energy and atmosphere," Sebald said. "With the belief that kindness is contagious, we are thrilled to bring that energy to Jefferson City. Being invested and giving back to our local communities is a value of ours, and we are proud to partner with the Fire Museum of Jefferson City and its mission to preserve the history of the Jefferson City Fire Department, educate and protect the community."
The museum, located at 911 E. Miller St., offers appointment-only tours and educational opportunities focused on the preservation and presentation of local fire department history and its influence on the community.
"The entire fire museum team and fire department are incredibly grateful to 7 Brew for their generous donation," said Steve Holtmeier, president of the Fire Museum of Jefferson City. "The museum's purpose is to highlight the past, educate the public on all aspects of fire safety and keep the community safe. We operate solely on monetary donations, so we are thrilled for the recognition of our work from 7 Brew."
Set to open at some point in March, the growing chain offers more than 20,000 unique drink combinations, from healthy options to more indulgent treats, and operates more than 50 stands across several states. The business expects to add 50 new jobs to the area, according to a news release.
The upcoming coffee stand is located at 1807 Missouri Blvd.
