• 2.95-inch EPS Galvanised steel sandwich panel for walls and ceilings
• Durable galvanized steel frame
• Sturdy doors complemented by aluminum frames and double-glazed tempered glass windows
• Ceiling and flooring trimmed with skirting boards, inclusive of corner trim and capping
• Classic gray PVC flooring
• 0.71-inch fiber cement subfloor board, seamlessly integrated into the steel frame.

• All units can be equipped with 100mm Polyurethane insulation with an R-value of 23.62 (see Add-Ons page for more details)

• Ready-to-use hot and cold inlets for the kitchen sink, bathroom basin, toilet, and shower
• Top-notch plumbing fixtures, faucets, showers, and more.

These units can be upgraded to include a pitched roof down the entirety of the structure, a covered terrace (front porch)
