Our standard KDO brand redispersible polymer powder is mainly composed of vinyl acetate + ethylene copolymer from Sinopec, polyvinyl alcohol as protective colloid, calcium as barrier agent, and functional additives, with an annual output of 10,000 tons.

Manufacturing process: The correct ratio is controlled in one computer, the raw materials are distributed, the liquid is dispersed, and transported to the advanced drying equipment (reactor). The high-speed centrifugal atomizer is used to atomize the dispersion into micro-droplets with a particle size of 10 to 100 microns. When the dispersion micro-droplets are heated and become viscous, an isolating agent is added by automatic control, and then the gas-solid mixture is quickly discharged from the drying tower, cooled and separated to obtain the redispersible latex powder product.

Our RDP latest technology production line was updated and landed in 2023. It uses the most advanced spray drying technology and equipment, and is controlled by DCS and PLC systems. Its characteristics are:

Because of the use of this latest technology and process, and the method of adding isolating agents/protective colloids during the drying process, it can effectively prevent the powder particles from sticking and agglomerating during production, transportation and storage, and improve the stability of the redispersible latex powder.
